Keith has been an integral part of our journey as we’ve grown from one thrift store to five across Douglas County, led the charge in community job development for people with disabilities, and ensured all employees are paid at least minimum wage.

Keith, your unwavering commitment to our mission has inspired our team and the community we serve. From signing the final check to running meetings with heart and purpose, you’ve been a pillar of strength and leadership.
